It is already indicated that some interactions may be related to compactification of higher dimensions. Unfortunately, the law of entropy development is not known for any system, especially when gravitational, electromagnetic, weak, strong and other (possibly biological) interactions play a significant role. Apparently, the realm of the 3+1 dimensions is described by statistical physics, and so to the principle of least action.

In this view time is an internal part of the Universe, and the Universe-as-a-whole is living behind the temporal realms, therefore, in timelessness. The Universe when defined as an all-inclusive notion (Grandpierre, 2000) is time-inclusive, too. Therefore, the ultimate view is closely related to the recently found (Grandpierre, 2002a,b) three ultimate principles: that of physics, biology and spirit. It points out that matter is a manifestation of the material principle, which is the action-principle of physics. The ultimate view regards the Universe as a unified organisation of material and non-material existents. The ultimate (or exo-cosmic) view regards the Universe-as-a-whole from the point of logical comprehension attempting to reach an overall view. Apparently, while it expresses an unnatural, non-realisable view, it ignores the connection to the source of genuine activity of the material world. Therefore, this view is outer in comparison to our internal view, but it is internal within the materialistic systems of relations. At the same time it is a materialistic, inanimate view, and therefore it is bound to some finite relations between inanimate systems. It requires the ignorance of human (and, in general, internal) view.

The outerly, physical view of time has a twofold character. The Dynamics of Time and Timelessness: Philosophy, Physics and Prospects for our LifeĮndo-physical, exo-physical and ultimate timeīesides the conceptions of endo-physical (internal, psychological, mental) and exo-physical (physical) views, I call attention to the ultimate (exo-cosmic) view.
